Rivals is a new Australian surf competition/documentary that has just wrapped on Channel 9 (and is now out on Youtube).  The series features a unique format challenging some of Australia's greatest ever surfers to surf a two hour window in a session of their choosing.  Underpinning this competition was incredible story telling, exploring the lives of the epic cast of characters.

Lipped chats with creator and director Matt Baker along with two of the stars of the show Nathan Hedge and Jay Thompson to find out about their experiences with the show, the pressure of picking their sessions and how much they enjoyed catching up on the lives of the other competitors.

As always illuminated by Dragon and fuelled by Salt Lager!
